    Support for Daily Life

    We help you integrate healthy lifestyle habits that support your mental health, such as regular exercise, proper nutrition, and sleep hygiene, which can all play a role in reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

     

    Individual Counseling and Therapy/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-When necessary, we will arrange referrals for individual counseling and therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and/or a psychiatric specialist for advanced care management.
